Bridges Cemetery
Bridges Cemetery is located on a 1.5-acre plot of land at the northwest corner of Morning Star Drive and Chesapeake Drive.

Denton County went through a period to improve its inventory of bridges by replacing those made of wood with bridges made of iron and steel.

Kids Colony
A small group of residents came together in 1992 to form a committee with the mission of building a community playground for the children of The Colony.

Some of the events held previously include Pawsome Playground Grand Opening, a Memorial Sundial Dedication, and other playground and parks grand openings.

The Lake park provides excellent outdoor recreational activities including camping, boating, swimming, and fishing.
